All our items are personalised and made to order especially for you. Here is what to expect:
Timings
- Production time: 5 to 7 working days (creating and printing your personalised product).
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Total estimated time: 8 to 12 working days between your order and delivery.
These times are given in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and may vary during busy periods.
Delivery areas
We deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Denmark, Switzerland, Canada, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Colombia.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free in every country we serve: no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
All our shipments are insured and your products are carefully packed to travel safely.
Returns
Since our products are personalised, please see our refund policy for the return conditions (in particular in the event of a faulty product or an error on our part).
