By accessing draw-my-pets.com (the "Site") and/or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service in full. They govern all browsing, purchasing and communication (e-mail, form or otherwise) between you and Market Lab, publisher of the Site.

1. Definitions

Term Meaning
Company Market Lab ("we", "our"), responsible for the Site and for data processing.
Service All e-commerce features, content and services offered on draw-my-pets.com.
You Any individual or legal entity who visits the Site, creates an account or buys a product.
Device Any internet-connected terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet and so on).
Cookie A small text file saved in your browser to improve the user experience (remembering the cart, statistics and so on).
Third-party service External partners involved in payment, logistics, hosting, advertising or audience analysis.

2. Acceptance and scope

By using the Service, you declare that you:

  • have read and understood these Terms of Service;
  • have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract;
  • accept that any breach of these Terms may lead to the immediate suspension or deletion of your account, without notice.

3. Licence to use

Market Lab grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited licence to view and use the Site for strictly personal or professional use (buying products). You undertake not to:

  1. sell, rent, distribute, publish or commercially exploit all or part of the Site;
  2. modify, decompile or attempt to access the source code;
  3. remove or obscure any intellectual property notice.

4. Content and liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". Market Lab cannot be held liable for any damage (direct or indirect) resulting from:

  • the use of, or inability to use, the Site;
  • errors or omissions in the content;
  • events beyond its control (network failure, force majeure and so on).

5. Prices and availability

Product prices may be changed at any time, without notice. Offers are valid for as long as they are visible on the Site, while stocks last.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Draw My Pets refund policy. In summary:

  • a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days (except for personalised products, see the legal exceptions);
  • returns accepted for faulty or damaged products, or when the wrong item was sent;
  • the detailed procedure is available in the dedicated policy.

7. Intellectual property

All elements (text, visuals, logos, videos, algorithms and so on) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Market Lab or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

8. Suggestions and feedback

Any feedback, idea or suggestion sent to Market Lab may be used freely, without compensation, and remains our exclusive property.

9. Data protection and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy policy. The Site uses technical, analytics and marketing cookies (with consent). You can manage your preferences in your browser or through our consent banner.

10. Changes to these Terms

Market Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The update date is shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Site after the changes are published, you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office of Market Lab, after an attempt at an amicable resolution.
